All sales are final, including preorders. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.
Why No Returns: Because all artwork is custom, original, or limited edition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Preorders: Non-refundable after payment. Estimated shipping dates are listed in each product description.
In-Stock Items: No returns or exchanges accepted.
Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order details before purchase, including size, product type, and shipping address.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact annaleebeckart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. Each case will be handled individually.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact annaleebeckart@gmail.com with your order number and description. Please check to ensure you entered the correct shipping address.
